Session normally meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm in the upstairs classroom. During this transition period, Session has decided to meet more frequently and will be meeting about every two weeks. Please refer to the Bell Ringer or church bulletin for specific dates of upcoming Session meeting.
On July 21, 2009, your Session approved a motion to open the Session meeting to the congregation. With the exception of those items that are deemed too sensitive to be discussed in a public meeting, that include:
- Congregational care
- Personnel issues
- Litigation
- Real Estate
all Session meetings will be open to the congregation.
In addition, your Session approved a motion to make all Session meeting minutes available to the public. Once approved, the minutes from all official meetings will be included here.
