Deacon Ministry

Service to God and to the members of the Church is the mission of the Deacon Ministry.  We have been blessed with a wonderful group of Deacons who serve joyfully with caring hearts.

Our Ministry experienced the presence of Christ:

In daily prayer and reflection

Through listening to the concerns and needs of our members

In attending to the needs of the ill

Through hospital and nursing home visitations

Through fellowship as we meet and form relationships with our members

Our Ministry celebrates that God accomplished:

Service to the community through the Food Bank Program supported by our Sunday School.

Service to our members in need of a meal, transportation or grocery shopping.

Service at funeral receptions and being sensitive to those among us who have experienced a loss.
