Who can attend youth group and youth events?
If an event is specified as MS, or Middle School, students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade are welcome to attend. If an event is specified as HS, or High School, students in 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade are welcome to attend. If an event is not specified as MS or HS, then all youth, grades 6-12, are welcome to attend.
Can I bring my friends?
YES!! Students do not need to be members of CPC to attend youth events. It is ALWAYS a great idea to bring friends to youth group or on a retreat! However, click on the "Parental Consent Form" tab above and print out a permission slip for your friend for any trips outside the church!
A Spring Break mission trip?
Last April, over Spring Break, a group of High School students and adults went on a mission trip to Gulfport, Mississippi to help victims of Hurricane Katrina. The trip was amazing and we spent several days getting to know the people of Gulport and Biloxi and seeing how the Lord has been at work in their lives since the hurricane. Does that sound like something you might want to be involved in next year? If so, let one of your Youth Group leaders know as they are now planning ahead for 2007.
